Your Instructor
Krista Johnson was certified with ISSA in April 2006 and has maintained her certification every year by completing required Continuing Education Credits.
She is also a Certified Metabolic Effect Nutritionist Consultant with a background in biochemistry. She has helped many to lose fat and keep it off by learning to exercise and eat for your unique metabolism.
Her methods have been very successful including with her own life as she lost over 100 lbs in 2004 and now has a passion to help others all over the world. She has also had much success training athletes of various sports.
She has also been featured in First for Women, Shape, Collage Video, Christian Living & Fit Figures Magazines, several Tae Bo® infomercials and has spoken at many events. She has been on radio and published several articles.
